1. Booking

• The booking is confirmed only after full payment.
• A valid ID may be requested at check-in or upon arrival to verify the identity of the traveler(s).
• Reservations are strictly limited to adults (18 years and older).
• A deposit of €200 is required to secure the booking; it is only a bank imprint, no amount will be charged.
• The security deposit hold is automatically released within 3 days provided that no incidents have been reported.
  

2. Cancellation and changes

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• After this period, no refund will be given.
• Any date changes depend on availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Arrival and departure

• Check-in: from 6:00 PM
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM
• Arrival and departure are self-service.
• The access code is sent via message before arrival.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will be charged.
• In case of unauthorized late departure, additional fees will apply.

4. Use of the premises

• Le Cocon des Granges is intended solely for private and romantic use, with respect for the property and the neighbors.
• Parties, gatherings, or events with more than 2 people are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not allowed inside.
• An outdoor area may be provided for smokers.
• Pets are not allowed.

5. Safety and liability

• The hosts cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for any damage caused to equipment, furniture, and decorations.
• In case of damage, the cost of repair will be charged.

Personal belongings left in Le Cocon Des Granges are the responsibility of the guests.

6. Included Services

• The booking includes access to the bathtub, sauna, as well as other facilities.
• Additional consumption (drinks, meals, extra services) may be billed separately.
• Breakfast is available only upon request and subject to availability.
• Themed decorations are available only upon request, which must be made at least 72 hours before arrival.

7. Parking

• Le Cocon Des Granges does not have dedicated parking spaces, and parking in the residence is strictly prohibited.
• Guests cannot be held responsible for any incidents occurring during the stay due to failure to comply with this rule.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Le Cocon Des Granges is an intimate space: no surveillance devices (camera, microphone, etc.) are installed inside.
• Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for management purposes and is not shared. 

9. Applicable Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
• In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be prioritized before any legal action.
